Izaline Calister - vocals, lyrics
Reno Steba - bass
Born on Aruba as son of trumpeter Oscar Steba, Reno was successfull with his band,Earth Sensation, and producing several albums. He played with famous musicians as Jaco Pastorius and guitarist John Abercrombie. Once migrated to The Netherlands, he played in several formations like Unisono, Siembra, Tribal Fusion, Bacan, Sedoction, the Ana Beck quartet and Batida. Since 1992, he has been playing bass with the famous trio Sticks & Strings. He teaches bass guitar at the Amsterdam School of Music. Check his own site at www.renosteba.com.
Marc Bischoff - piano
Young, highly talented musician playing piano and keyboard. He graduated with distinction on the Rotterdam Conservatory in 2001, where he currently teaches Latin ensembles. He is wellknown as oustanding arranger, and arranged Dia Bo Pagami for Izaline Calister on cd Kanta Hélele. He plays with Rumbatá, Cubop City Bigband, Nueva Manteca, La Banda Iré, Palo Seco and Estrella Acosta. Photo: Govert Driessen
Roël Calister - drums, percussion
As younger brother of Izaline, Roël is more and more standing out for him self. He plays with Intwine, Orange Groove, Luz Azul, recorded for Tania Kross, Agresión, Corey, and just returned touring the isle of Réunion of with Electro Côco. His own musical project is called Atawo. Ed Verhoeff - guitar
Many-sided guitarist. Studied at the conservatories of Utrecht and Den Haag. Played theatres and concert-stages with Deborah Carter, Randy Crawford, Lilian Vieira, Lincoln Goines, Philip Catherine. With famous Dutch artists Paul van Vliet, Ramses Shaffy, Hein van de Geyn, Freek de Jonge, Acda en de Munnik, Josee Koning en Matilde Santing.
Teaches at the Rotterdam and Amsterdam conservatories.
Composer, arranger and guitarplayer Ed Verhoeff is currently working on his own project, the EDition. Details on www.edverhoeff.com.
Rendel Rosalia - percussion
Youngster Rosalia, the new-comer from Curaçao, inherited a famous name in tambú-circles, playing in the famous Grupo Trinchera. He is indeed a specialist on the tambú-drum, featuring masterly in Soño di tur muhé. Lately, he performed in the international events Festival del Fuego at Santiago de Cuba and Carifesta VIII in Surinam. Photo: Govert Driessen

Giovanca Ostiana - backing vocals
Giovanca recorded for the fourth cd of Izaline Calister, Kanta Hélele. She regularly shows up as backing vocalist on several live-performances of the band. Known to make promising contributions to several projects like She Got Game, Benny Sings, Corey, Dox Orchestra, we can only expect this beautiful singer to maybe start a solo-career soon

Julio Hernandez - sound engineer
For their technical support, the band relies heavily on the services of Julio Hernandez. Recording engineer for three of Izalines cd-releases, he knows the music inside-out. Because of his involvment and loyalty he is considered to be a true band-member.
